WHO SHOULD APPLY
Malaysian companies registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia - SSM) or similarly recognized local authorities
Non-Malaysian companies registered under respective country's authorities
Disruptive product/service from one or more of the Pitching Theme
The product/service is market tested and validated with sufficient traction
The product/service has potential to scale beyond the current market/region
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Successful applicant is responsible for any cost to participate into the program.
• The organizer shall only provide 2 complementary Delegate Pass and 1 exhibition booth throughout the program.
• Crocodile Byte IDECS 2024 is a pitching program, however it does not confirm nor guarantee any immediate investments from participating investors. The organizers shall facilitate meetings and discussions between the startups and potential investors during and up to two months post program.
• If successfully selected, the applicant agree to participate in additional activities such as mentoring session, practice pitch workshops and any other relevant events organized throughout the program.
• The organizers shall take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of all applicants, however the applicant is responsible to protect their own IP. Only disclose relevant information to pique interest. The organizers are not liable for any unauthorized use or disclosure of the applicant's confidential information.
• By participating in the program, the applicant grant the organizers the right to use their startup name, logo and any images or vides taken during the program for promotional purposes including, but not limited to websites, social media, press release and marketing materials.
• The applicant acknowledge that the organizers, sponsors and partners of the program are not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participating into the program. This includes any financial loss, loss of business opportunities or loss of data.
