3. ATTEND AND CLAIM WITH HRDCORP
a. Is IDECS 2024 HRDCorp Claimable?
Yes. This means that employers registered with HRDCorp (formerly known as HRDF) can claim the cost of attending IDECS 2024.
To make claim, follow these make :
– Verify Eligibility: Ensure your company is registered with HRDCorp.
– Submit a Claim: After registering, submit a claim through the HRDCorp e-TRIS system and use the HRDCorp code 1000422270.
– Provide Documentation: Ensure you have all necessary documentation, including proof of payment and registration confirmation.

8. REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR IDECS 2024 UNDER HRD CORP.
1. Apply for the HRD Corp Grant – Companies need to apply for the HRD Corp Claimable Courses grant under the Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas. Ensure that all relevant information about IDECS 2024 is provided during the application. (Training Provider: SDE CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD.)
2. Wait for Approval – Once the application is submitted, the company will needt to wait for approval from HRD Corp.
3. Submit the Approval Letter – Upon receiving approval from HRD Corp, the company must email the Approval Letter to the IDECS 2024 Secretariat. Email: nurhairaty@sdec.com.my, CC: mazlyana@sdec.com.my, nurameera@sdec.com.my.
4. Receive Purchase Code – Once the Approval Letter is received, the IDECS 2024 Secretariat will provide the company with a special code.
5. Purchase Tickets – Use the provided code to purchase the tickets for IDECS 2024 via the SDEngage platform.
